Danshui Fisherman’s Wharf (Yu Ren Ma Tou)
Let’s take a boat ride in Danshui Fisherman’s Wharf which was also known as Yu Ren Ma Tou. Fisherman’s Wharf is still popular with visitors from Taipei with its food attraction in Old Street and popular location for viewing the sunset.
Looking for map location of Danshui Fisherman’s Wharf? It’s just easy, take a MRT (Danshui Line) and stop at Danshui Station.
From there take a transfer to Red Bus 26 or you can choose to strengthen your leg by walking (turn left as you exit the MRT station and then walk right along the river).
Rejuvenate yourself with special meal by Ah Gei and special drink by Ah Mam when you are hungry plus thirsty before taking the boat to Yu Ren Ma Tou

Yu Ren Ma Tou In Taipei
At last, we reach to Danshui Fisherman’s Wharf or Yu Ren Ma Tou (渔人码头) after 15 minutes of speed boat ride.
The two way ticket for the speed boat ride cost each of us 100 NTD.
Yu Ren Ma Tou is the best place to watch the view of the sunset in the evening in Taipei.
You will see lots of folk sitting down along the pier and watch the day end in peace

You can do Yoga while enjoying the sunset on Yu Ren Ma Tou’s floating pier. No sweat with the sea breeze

Our day in Danshui ends and our night begins with the walk on Lover’s Bridge (情人桥). This white colored cable-stayed bridge named since it was started on the Valentine’s Day of 2003.
Lover’s Bridge illumination changes color at night making this spot a favorite for lover’s and photographer. Too bad I didn’t bring my tripod along
