Our third day in Siem Reap Travel Escape begin with peaceful rain in the morning. The first temple destination of the day was Roluos Group temple which consist of Ba Kong, Preah Ko and Lolei.

This three temple was the oldest you can found in City Of Angkor with lesser art carving compares to Angkor Wat

Ba Kong Temple

Ba Kong Temple was built around 9th Century and you can spend 45 minutes to 1 hour in this temple.

It was the first significant temple-mountain with five tiers of pyramid symbolized Mount Meru, dedicated to Shiva.

Woohooo…the best time to visit Ba Kong temple is early in the morning when sunrise, but where is the sun?

The best part in Ba Kong temple is you climb up to the top of the pyramid, which was 14m from the ground and view the whole temple surrounding area

Lolei Temple

You seriously just need 15 minutes to visit the Lolei Temple, which was built in the 9th Century as well.

No particular time of visit you need here, and seriously you need to get your tour guide to explain the history.

Lolei Temple consists of four sanctuary tower and was dedicated to its four gods

Just 15 minutes remember? Lolei Temple is not so big but at least the story does…a bit

Preah Ko Temple

30 minutes is the time you need in Preah Ko Temple which was constructed in the 9th Century

All the Roluos Group temple was not far away from each other so I recommend you to visit this 3 temple in the morning.

Preah Ko Temple consist of six brick towers on a single base together with three kneeling bulls, Shiva’s Nandi.

It appears that certain area structure of the Preah Ko tower was reconstructed by preservation activity

Overall the Roluos Group Temple visit was good and I recommend you to discover this three oldest temple in City Of Angkor
