Qingshui Cliff In Hualien
-
Qingshui Cliff (清水断崖) pronounce as Ching Shui Duan Ya has a five kilometer length of cliff which can be located on the section of Suao-Hualien Highway between Heping and Chongde stations. We have read on this scenic spot before we went to Hualien and our visit was recommended by Hualien Homestay.
It is our second spot of visit in the second day in Taiwan right after the cool breeze breathe at Seven Star Lake
Qingshui Cliff was just around 20 minutes drive from Seven Star Lake and the cliff which was more than 1000m high face to the same Pacific Ocean
A cloudy day without sun makes the blue sea water color weakened on our sight. Anyway the landscape view of the cliff facing the ocean was just awesome
In transportation wise, Qingshui Cliff was important in the sense that it connects the counties of Yilan and Hualien in eastern Taiwan.
That means you will be passing the Qingshui Cliff if you plan to drive from Taipei to Hualien
Just pull over and enjoy the scenic view in any chance of passing by Qingshui Cliff.
Feel the breeze and the beauty of the spot with your heart

Do you think Qingshui Cliff has the most spectacular sights on Taiwan’s Pacific coast?
Stay tune on my coming blog post and I will share with you another beautiful sea sight spot in Hualien and Taroko National Park
