- Bavarian Bierhaus German RestaurantBy ah hong on February 12, 2011 | 2 Comments
Bavarian Bierhaus is one of the German Restaurant & Bar you can visit for German cuisine. There are few outlets available around KL but the one I went to is inside The Curve.
Overall the food pricing in Bavarian Bierhaus is more expensive but this is what we should expect from the conversion of Euro to RM.
Wokay, let’s jump to the German dishes and have some beer while I do the talking.
German Cuisine & Beer
Bauernwurst is the German farmer sausaged with sauerkraut, horseradish mashed potatoes and sauteed onions.
The price tag is RM39 and this two big German sausage and mashed potatoes is more than enough to fill in your stomach.
My personal favourite, Kasseler Rippchen. It’s roasted smoked pork loin served with sauteed broccoli, potatoes, bacon and horseradish mustard sauce for RM42.
The roasted smoked pork loin taste good and I wish it’s more juicy when I order it again next time

Make no mistake, it’s the German Beer we got on the table. Franziskaner Wheat for the expensive price tag of RM29.
I am not a big fans for beer and rather to use the money to buy the economical Bintang Beer. LOL.
That’s it folks for the craving of German cuisine. I will see you again next time in Germany

Fried squid stuff with rice is one of the special snack I had in Taichung night market. This will be the last Taiwan snack of the day until I visit this beautiful country again in future.
We stumble upon the fried squid stuff with rice in Feng Jia after craving Big Sausage Wrap Small Sausage. Looks like there’s new kind of snack coming to town.
Squid or known as sotong has the goddess power to tempt any seafood lovers into it

A closer look on the 65NTD fried squid stuffed with rice. The yellow sauce we are seeing right now has the mixture flavour of honey and wasabi

From the first bite, we found the squid was stuffed with yellow glutinous rice. Taste sweet and a bit of mango flavour.
It’s a great craving experience overall for this special crafted fried squid with glutinous rice.
Check it out when you have chance to visit Feng Jia night market in Taichung
