By ah hong on January 24, 2009 | 2 Comments

So this weekend you are coming to Klang for Bah Kut Teh? But your problem is, Klang have too many Bah Kut Teh shop scattered around the city and you don’t know which one has the special in taste monkey think

Last time I am the real fans of Bah Kut Teh before I started to blog icon wink

Almost every Sunday I must eat Bah Kut Teh to help energize my study in school yo. Haha icon wink

There are some Bah Kut Teh was above average among all the others, and today I will recommend you to have Fei Kay Bah Kut Teh icon wink

I wonder why this shop name Fei Kay monkey hehe 1

Fei Kay means aeroplane in Chinese, maybe you will eat the Bah Kut Teh until fly. Or is a good place to “fly aeroplane” on your friend? icon smile

You should be able to spot the shop easily from the road side. Just keep an eye on the Red Aeroplane logo.

What is the special on this Fei Kay Bah Kut Teh was their Dry Bah Kut Teh.

Seriously I just recommend you to have the Dry Bah Kut Teh only because that’s the specialty dishes on this shop. I can say their normal Bah Kut Teh just taste nearly average standard monkey yes

You ask how’s the charge for the Bah Kut Teh?

It’s RM8 per person/head for Dry Claypot Bah Kut Teh and RM7 per person/head for normal Claypot Bah Kut Teh onion payme

Frankly, I was suprised to see it was boiling with reasonable quantity of dark soy sauce.

Previously my experience with Dry Bah Kut Teh was it doesn’t have much dark soy sauce on it, and the meat was stick to the hot Claypot. This cause the meat to be in very dry condition, so you have to eat the meat with more soy sauce and chile monkey no 2

But this Fei Kay Dry Bah Kut Teh was cook in the fine taste and condition, with mixture of squid, chili and lady finger icon wink

    Guess it’s above average taste!

If you come to Klang today, just have a sneak taste in this Dry Bah Kut Teh icon wink
