Go Holiday Confused Departure Time
When I see the Departure : 04/07/2009 11:05 Kuala Lumpur – Kuala Lumpur LCCT [KUL], I understand the flight will take off at 11.05am and I should be in LCCT 2 hours before.
Arrived in LCCT – Check In – Standby in Departure Hall, and I felt something went wrong here???
It’s 11.05am but the GATE is not open? I slowly approached one of the Air Asia staff…
Ah Hong: Excuse me, is there any flight delay here?
Staff: Sir, may I have a look on your ticket?
Ah Hong: (Gave her air ticket which was obtain during check in)
Staff: Sir, your flight will be at 12.05pm
Ah Hong: Huh???
Ya, the air ticket was printed 12.05pm and I believe 11.05am Go Holiday departure time was based on Thailand timezone (GMT+7).
I left stranded for another hour in LCCT airport and I was hoping no more second experience on this, but I were wrong…

Go Holiday Unamused Return Time
The Return : 07/07/2009 11:50 Krabi – Krabi Airport [KBV] written in Go Holiday and I believe this was in Thailand timezone (GMT+7) as per our departure timezone.
Arrived in Krabi Airport – Going To Check In – Wait, why does it wrote 12.50pm on the take off time board for AK805 and no staff in check in counter???
Ah Hong: Excuse me, the flight time for AK805 was 12.50pm?
Staff: Yes, 12.50pm. You can’t check in yet.
Ah Hong: …
Waiting for additional 1 hour wasn’t a good experience for me in end of trip exhausted condition.
The flight timing issue still remain mystery for me and I don’t want to debate further.
I was waiting in the departure hall again until Tom Hanks from The Terminal came to end my dream.

Go Holiday Timezone Solution
I would like to suggest if there’s GMT timezone printed in the departure, this will be a better aid for the customer to get into the correct flight timing.
It’s been 7 years everyone and I can fly with Air Asia and I am thankful for the cheap air ticket price and promotion.
Each time I have great feeling and great experience when flying and looking out from the window on the red shape wing

Thank you, and I am looking forward for your Air Bus
