This is my first time waiting for Mr. Goose in the city of Hualien, Taiwan. After a tiring day of walking in Taroko National Park, our hunger strikes and our Hualien driver bring us to the Mr. Goose restaurant just in time.

I never tried any goose dish before in my life and this is my first experience

Taiwanese seems love to eat goose more than duck and there’s lots of other Goose Restaurant around Taiwan island.

Well, this Mr. Goose restaurant was one of the restaurant recommended from what we search in the ‘special food in Hualien’.

Most of us Malaysian had the common food chicken rice or duck rice early in the morning, so what about having goose rice as dinner tonight?

We ordered Lu Rou rice, Goose platter, Goose liver, Lu Rou noodle and vegetables from Mr. Goose Restaurant.

Four of us tried to whack all the food worth 470NTD but we can’t finish all the goose liver

Any special about the dishes recipe from Mr. Goose Restaurant?

Overall the food is just average and there’s nothing special found in every bite I had.

If you never taste goose before, you can order the Goose platter but you need to put some strength in your bite to finish it
