It’s a hot day in the afternoon and my thirst drive me to Starbucks Coffee shop to get some cool & chilling Mocha

I used to had Ice Blended Mocha from Coffee Bean, but nowadays I prefer more on Ice Blended Java Chip from Starbucks.

I never lie in my taste comparison, and I was never paid to blog in all my food and drinks review

Frankly to say, the Ice Blended Java Chip was a bit too sweet so each time I had to top up some water

But I still love the Java Bean plus the cocoa chip inside this Ice Blended

I am real amazed by the story of Starbucks Coffee where it started as a small coffee shop back to 1971.

Now Starbucks Coffee has touch more ground around the globe with more approximate 148,000 friendly staff

Yes, so far I felt every Starbucks Coffee store has bunch of friendly & energetic staff as you can see in the movie…I am Sam

Starbucks Coffee staff reflect the branding of the product they serve, and I see the product quality and branding not only from Starbucks Coffee product.

You can buy one franchise, one system that is proven to make money but what will happen if your customer wasn’t impressed by your staff attitude

My short thought on franchise system ends when I reach home with the Ice Blended Java Chip.
