Sichuan Pepper Cuisine

    Do you love Sichuan pepper cuisine? It’s winter season in Shanghai back then, my mind was looking for food to keep my body warm and found Spicy Hotpot restaurant in the end.

    Well, Spicy Hotpot restaurant (蜀天上麻辣香锅) claims to offer new style Sichuan food. No comment bout’ this cause’ this is my first encounter with Sichuan food.

    Let’s get burn with the spicy cuisine, shall we 🙂

    Sichuan Spicy Hotpot

    The famous Spicy Hotpot (麻辣香锅) is not for the faint-hearted. Frankly, it’s too spicy until I can’t judge whether the taste is good or not 🙂

    Anyway, you can save yourself from buying a new lipstick after craving Sichuan cuisine. LOL~

    Chicken with Chili Pepper (歌乐山辣子鸡) for RMB26. My mouth is on fire guys, don’t ever pick anything in red color here.

    The Mapo Tofu (麻婆豆腐) you see here is a popular Chinese dish from the Sichuan (Szechuan) province and price at RMB15. Looks like the bean curd is drowning in the red hot spicy oil.

    We are quite satisfied with the spicy sensation in the Sichuan food. I wished good luck to my own stomach 🙂
