Specialized Tea Club is one of the shop you must visit to drink the special pearl milk tea recipe during shopping time in Xi Men Ding, Taiwan. The shop is just located the same row with Ay-Chung flour rice noodle and it offers various flavour of pearl milk tea.

We bought the original pearl milk tea for 35NTD from Specialized Tea Club or known as 茶研社 in Chinese.

So what the story behind this pearl milk tea? It is also known as bubble tea which is sweet flavored tea beverage invented in Taiwan.

Pearl milk tea is called bubble tea as well because of the marble sized tapioca balls or pearls recipe that are present at the bottom of the cup.

Close up on the pearl milk tea recipe by Specialized Tea Club. Highly dense milk tea without ice and it’s served cool on the table.

Further sip will let you taste the spring feel from chewy pearl. Not too hard nor too soft and two thumbs up for the great drink.

Guess what, I went to Xi Men Ding in the next day and ordered the very same pearl milk tea again 🙂

Thinking to open a shop or franchise that sell pearl milk tea in Malaysia? It’s tough because most people goes to night market to have their pearl milk tea 😀

@mei ling If there’s a chance I will buy the franchise YoYo cafe from Sabah. Their pearl milk tea and pudding taste absolutely brilliant 🙂
