Oyster Noodles Mee Sua

  • Oyster Noodles or also known as Oyster Mee Sua was quite a popular snack in Taiwan. I call this oyster snack because the portion was just enough to indulge your stomach :D

If you read my previous blog post about XXL Crispy Chicken in Shihlin Night Market Snack, you heard that Meg mentioned about they sell Osyter Mee Sua too :)

At first I wonder what kind of special Oyster they will used?

Japanese one? Or  Chinese one? Looks like it was Chinese Oyster :D

So how is the whole bowl Oyster Mee Sua looks like? Let’s take a closer look.

Close up shot yo to see what is the recipe of the Oyster Noodles.

I got four big Chinese Oyster in the bowl and with some non spicy sambal :)

How much does this bowl cost? RM6 and I think is worth in exchange for the Oyster and overall taste of the Mee Sua :D

For non Oyster lover, you should get a bite to see if you can cope with the “real” Oyster taste or not :)

I whack the whole bowl in 5 minutes with slurpy and yummy sound…hohoho.

In the end, my stomach just move a little and that’s why I still think this should be called snack.

Okay, get yourself one bowl of Oyster Mee Sua if you passed by Shihlin Night Market Snack today.

P.S: I will keep blogging about more food to indulge my friend’s mind who is in oversea and not in Klang Valley one. Haha…come back here to eat la :D
