Local Gan Lao Mian
Gan Lao Mian (干捞面) or also known as Kun Lou Mee in Hokkien is any kind of noodles that does not mixed together with soup. If you still remember on my previous Chinese Loh Mee post, I went to food stall inside a hour near Klang Parade and have a good bites on the Loh Mee

Usually I will order Loh Mee, but today I tried out the Gan Lao Mian from the stall and I was quite surprise to find out the uncle and auntie hawker prepared it well.
Gan Lao Mian 干捞面
The Gan Lao Mian here was made by using homemade noodle plus minced pork and fried garlic.
Tasty but the fried garlic makes the oyster soy sauce oily so I don’t mix the homemade noodle much

The homemade noodle was the same noodle I had before in Loh Mee, taste cute and flexible in tongue

Overall it taste good but not heaven. I heard Kuching, Sarawak was well known for their Gan Lao Mian.
Any other place you all can recommend me for great taste of it?
