Eng Ann Kopitiam Restaurant
-
What do you usually do in weekend morning? Sometimes I went to Eng Ann Kopitiam Restaurant if I manage to wake up early in the morning. In my previous post about Chong Kok Kopitiam, I did recommend their perfect dense roasted coffee to you, check it out
In this weekend morning, do have a meal of breakfast before and after you jog in Eng Ann Kopitiam Restaurant
I ordered and paid RM6.20 in total for 2 cup of Dark Roast Coffee, 2 Steam Bread with Butter Kaya and 2 Omega half boiled egg.
What you can order with the same amount of money in Old Town Kopitiam? Maybe just enough for getting a drink
If your food quality met the requirement then we as the customer won’t bother much and will eat with happy mood in those franchise kopitiam.
How sad to see Old Town Kopitiam quality falls below the par compare to the past, and now they even have Pepsi in the menu!
Drink Pepsi while enjoying the Roti Bakar? That’s the damn creative ever eating culture we got here!
Maybe they can change the youngster eating culture by following the American franchise way, but not me
Steam Bread With Butter Kaya

Okay, what do we have here?
Looks like McEgg here but Steam Bread was very soft with taste of kaya butter
I bet one Steam Bread will not be enough for your appetite cos’ you are going to love it very much
Dark Roast Coffee

I was suppose to order for medium roast coffee but in the end I chose dark roast coffee
Taste bitter with the heavy dense of the dark roast coffee, my heart still prefer the coffee from Chong Kok Kopitiam.
Omega Half Boiled Egg

The taste of Omega half boiled egg was damn superb compare to those franchise kopitiam, see the colour also know!
How to say this, heavy dense of half boiled egg but without any presence of the egg odor ends with solid taste
Though it was just a simple half boiled egg, and I wonder what is their recipe in boiling the egg so I can try it at home sometimes
Though is quite jam around the area and hard to find parking, I recommend you to go to Eng Ann Kopitiam Restaurant in the weekend with your family member and chit chat ya

I am glad to review this kopitiam. you are right the eggs are superb. done to perfection, unlike some shop which is too watery. I love the bread too.
only problem is finding parking. so many time I have to forgot the place and end up eating at some place I don’t enjoy.
by the way just nearby there is a chicken ball rice shop. hope you can review that as well. Actually there is two in Eng Ann. one is in front of the guardian shop. the other one is near the bah kut teh shop and where they have a lots of stall ala pasar malam style.
