Kopi Luwak Coffee Special
Kopi Luwak or Civet Coffee is made from the raw beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet. The raw beans will pass through the digestive system of these little mammals who live in the trees and come out as Poo-Poo (shit).
The Kopi Luwak farmer will collect the coffee beans from the forest floor and proceed to the cleaning and roasting process.
The special kind of ‘processing’ by the Civet lets Kopi Luwak emerge as one of famous coffee in the world.
Today we will visit BAS coffee plantation (900-1200 meter from sea level) near Kintamani for a free Balinese Coffee

The roasted bean of Bali Coffee (Male) on my hand and I ordered one cup for 10,000 Indonesia Rupiah.
This coffee plantation use traditional coffee processing from red coffee cherry into roasted coffee bean premium special. The taste is good

You can get a cup of Luwak Coffee for 30,000 Indonesia Rupiah. Expect light taste of the caffeine, I still prefer the taste of Bali Coffee (Male) comparatively.
Coffee Luwak is famous in Seminyak, Kuta. So if you want to buy Coffee Luwak, get it from Seminyak Kuta for better price.
