I think I must have tried around 3 or 4 Amok fish. Khmer kitchen’s wins hands down. It tastes just simply amazing. Over my 6 week travels of south east Asia i don’t think anything really compared. Whether it was the fresh water fish or just simply the way they made it i don’t know. It was simply delicious and so fresh. Can’t wait to visit there again in the future.
