Indian Kitchen Restaurant
Today let’s drop by in Cyberjaya or Bangsar for food craving and I will bring you to Indian Kitchen Restaurant. The restaurant serves good authentic dishes mixture from the North and South of India and I bet you won’t need to go to Indian food stall tonight after you taste it

I am still studying the food from India (with my friends from Bangalore) and found the majority Indian food we have in Malaysia was more to South of India taste.
So what is the example of the cuisine from North of India? Chapati, Naan, Paratha was one of them and you rarely find these in Indian food stall nowadays

Let’s begin the food overview in Indian Kitchen Cyberjaya Restaurant, shall we?
Chapati, Rice Plus Side Dishes

Chapati (Indian Flat Bread) is also known as phulka and this bread is made without using yeast.
I found the 2 pieces of chapati from Indian Kitchen Restaurant was comparatively harder to bite than the others I had before, something wrong with my teeth today?
The plain rice was smooth with pleasant odor and not the ordinary rice we chew everyday
You can exchange the rice for another 2 pieces of chapati if you want to keep your diet today

Chicken Tikka Masala

This is the best part of Indian Kitchen Restaurant where you can order their Chicken Tikka Masala with RM12 in your pocket.
I used the Masala sauce to top on my chapati before chewing and you are going to follow my way of eating too

Chicken Tikka was one of the famous cuisine from North of India and I do recommend you to order Butter Chicken Masala, Pepper Chicken Masala and Chettinaad Chicken as well.
The Indian Kitchen Restaurant was good in making different kind of sauce, all taste good

Masala Tea

Masala Tea is one of the Indian Kitchen specialty drinks for RM4 but not everyone can accept the taste of Masala spiced tea.
The recipe was build one top of cinnamon, green cardamons, cloves with leaf tea so you can guess what is the taste of Masala Tea

I am in love this beverage made by brewing tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs, but I am not sure you guys do or not.
If you stay around the area of Bangsar or Cyberjaya, Indian Kitchen wasn’t far away from you to taste
