RT Home Pastry
So what is the best bun that burns in town? Roti Boy? Nope…I don’t like Roti Boy because it was too oily

Today I went to RT Home Pastry in SS15, Subang Jaya to try on the bun and pastry. and love the bun fragrant smell when I steps in to RT Home Pastry

So what so special on the bun in this RT Home Pastry? The answer was their good quality of flour used to make the buns

Good quality came with a price though

I always love to choose buns that was in special in colour and texture. So after jump-jump from one buns tray to another, I came across with this Brown Sugar Bun where the price tag was RM5.
You gotta buy the Brown Sugar Bun in hot, else you won’t feel the “spring” in this bun

First bite…mmmmphhhh…very soft bun with good quality of flour crust and brown sugar
Second bite…got walnut and raisin somemore, and my lips were full of flour now

I will come back for this Brown Sugar Bun again

There’s one things that you need to know about RT Home Pastry, where their bun master was Japanese.
I “da bao” the Green Tea Swiss Roll for RM8.90 and just manage to eat the Swiss Roll in cold 4 hours later. It’s not those kind of soft Swiss Roll that we had in pasar malam

Since green tea was origin from Japan, the quality of the green tea used in this Swiss Roll was very good

Ah Hong… wah. You really can write, like a professional blogger. How come you have this blogging interest out of a sudden?

yeah … the green tea swiss roll is soft, and rich (it’s not like those normal swiss roll where you might get choked when you eat because it’s too dry). Plus, there’s red bean inside the swiss roll and the taste is just match.
There’s other swiss roll as well – sesame swiss roll, tiger swiss roll etc.
…. should give a try.
* tiger swiss roll is with chocalate inside and vanilla outside
