    DeliManjoo or known as Korea Li Mi Shau has the special recipe which sweeten anyone’s heart in a second.

    The name ‘Deli’ is derived from delicious and ‘Manjoo’ is the Korean word for the traditional Chinese dim sum.

    The fragrance of burning corn attracts our nose from far away and drag us to Jian Tan MRT station near Shilin Night Market.

    The snack stall name is Korea Li Mi Shau (韩国栗米烧) and anyone will be fall in love on this sweet snack just like French cream puff 🙂

    Delimanjoo Sweet Snack

    Freshly baked DeliManjoo Sweet Corn just came out from the bakery machine and there’s only me standing in the queue, nice.

    You can get 8 pieces for 50NTD from your pocket and that’s more than enough for one person 😀

    Feel the golden sponge cake with the hot sweet corn in liquid form inside before pop to your mouth.

    I want to buy a machine of delimanjjoo and make a buisness,but all the first I need to know the recipe of delimanjoo to calculate the expense. So if it is possible pls share with me the details of recipe, also I would like to know to get a kilo delimanjoo how quantity of product we must.

    1- Egg with out shell (2500)g.
    2-White sugar (1000)g.
    3-Cake low protein flour (2400)g.
    4-Cornstarch (80)g.
    5-Milk powder (150)g.
    6-Baking powder (60)g.
    7-Salt (10)g.
    8-Fresh Milk flavoured powder (70)g.
    9-Cream of tan tan (20)g.
    10-White wine (400)g.
    11-Man – made cream (white) (350)g.
    12-Water (330)g.

    1-Milk (2000)g.
    2-Cornstarch (200)g.
    3-White sugar (400)g.
    4-Egg yolk (20) pcs.
    5-Condensed Milk (400)g.
