During our way back from Gu Gong Taiwan Museum, we stop by on the mini stall name Fu Qi Hong Dou Bing (福气红豆饼) which means Happiness Red Bean Biscuit if not mistaken.

The shop offered different kind of pancake near the Shilin MRT station and we pick up the Buttermilk Pancake to feed our greedy stomach.

Good Morning Buttermilk Pancake

The rising of Buttermilk Pancake from Taiwanese, known as Fu Qi Nai You (福气奶油) which means Happiness Buttermilk and it cost us 15NTD per piece.

Feel it on your hand as well, the Buttermilk Pancake is just light and fluffy with a soft crust plus spongy texture.

Though the overall taste for the Buttermilk Pancake is less sweet, the cream butter custard will give you some good feeling to continue your chew. Not bad
