Beef Noodle Soup

Beef noodle soup is our next craving dish in Jiu Fen old street in Taiwan. The special recipe from the shop name Jiu Fen Old Noodle Shop (九份老面店) will give you a taste from the past.

Malaysia is famous with Tangkak beef noodle soup too but the taste experience is quite different from what we had in Jiu Fen old street. Far more classic.

Beef Noodle Recipe

Beef noodle soup or called as 牛肉面 in Mandarin cost us 80NTD per bowl. We ordered two bowl for sharing, enough?

The soup and the chewy meat is the best part in this beef noodle. Just left an empty bowl in the craving

Growing appetite. Our mood for craving became better and better especially after having this bowl of beef noodle soup.

In the end of our Jiu Fen trip, we return back to this shop and have our second round of the beef noodle soup.
