Bakso Sapi & Ayam Recipe

    Looking to franchise the best Bakso Sapi and Ayam recipe to the rest of the world? Bakso in Indonesia is one of the most favourite cuisine in Indonesia which is served in many different ways.

    We went back to hotel Cemara Indah after the Mount Bromo Tour and saw there’s one street hawker selling Bakso Ayam with his mobile cart.

    The name of the stall is Bakso Mantep. When asked what is the meaning of mantep, the pak cik said it is “bagus” or good.

    Maybe you will feel the road side hawker hygiene level is not that good but the first impression of the Bakso Ayam is just irresistible for me 🙂

    Spicy Bakso Ayam

    I ordered one bowl Bakso Ayam from pak cik and it cost me 10,000 Indonesia Rp for this quick and simple meal.

    Looks like he charge the local for 8,000 Indonesia Rp. Anyway, let’s enjoy the spicy Bakso Ayam under the cold weather in Bromo 🙂

    Let’s take a closer look on the ingredient recipe in the bowl of Bakso Ayam. The Bakso Ayam was mixed with crispy noodles, beancurds tofu and fried wonton in thin square shape.

    I love the elastic taste of the Bakso Ayam together with all the side ingredient. What a perfect combination ingredient!

    Yum~Yum~~~I highly recommended Bakso Ayam to anyone who going to visit Mount Bromo 😉
