Axian Dim Sum
Axian got Dim Sum shop and want Ah Hong to go and review his handmade cuisine? Okay, nothing strange for Axian called Ah Hong because not fair for Axian to review the Dim Sum that came from his shop.
So Ah Hong packed his camera into his bag in the Sunday morning and call the rest of breakfast + yum char leg in the motor car.
Heading to Ah Hong Axian Dim Sum in Bandar Puteri Puchong where is quite crowded in weekend morning.
Craving Axian Dim Sum

Is easy to locate the Axian Dim Sum restaurant by Ah Hong cos’ Axian face was stick on the shop billboard.
From Leh Lio DJ become TV Host, now Axian got his own cuisine shop. Not bad not bad…

Let the Dim Sum feast begin. Ordered the few plates of fried dim sum, taste average.
Except the Wu Kok, it’s crispy smooth with good yam taste

Egg Tart or Dan Tart? Crispy feels when it touch your lips too but too bad the crust a bit oily

Shanghai Siew Loong Bau, one of the main recommendations or top dishes in Axian Dim Sum.
Taste less great than Dragon-I Siew Loong Bau but I think is worth to order this in your table

Har Mai anyone? I highly recommend this one to all the customer who came to crave Dim Sum.
Big fresh prawn inside which ends with elastic crunch…mmmphhh

This one I don’t know is Har Gao or not, looks like a bit similar ah.
Again the big fresh prawn makes a good point for you to try during your visit

Lao Sah Bao, the last one that I highly recommend for people seeking for different taste in Dim Sum.
Make sure you eat Lao Sah Bao as soon as it was deliver to your table, keep it hot when your lips touch it.
Take a bite by bite to the center of the dishes slowly and see what we got here

This is how the Lao Sah Bao looks like and you might wonder what is the recipe?
Butter? Egg? Milk?
I already asked Axian (blow water) but I let you guess the ingredient by yourself ya

Okay, got lots of food craving post coming up so make sure you are not hungry when visit my blog
