天鹅 Klang Bah Kut Teh…not sure you have heard of this Bah Kut Teh shop before

天鹅 means goose in Mandarin, feels a bit strange when you were served Bah Kut Teh instead of goose in this shop

Funny thing is my mum and brother eat 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh for years liao but…
4th Bro: Huh…you didn’t eat this 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh before meh?
Ah Hong: No no no…this is my first time seriously

Bringing our own tea leaf…we reach the full house 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh near Taman Chi Liung, Klang.
I was quite surprised to park my MyVi in a bunch of Mercedes Benz, so many rich people came here to eat

天鹅 Bah Kut Teh in bowl…the picture was taken with my iPhone. Very blur picture taken…I seriously need to consider buying DSLR for Bah Kut Teh shooting

The Bah Kut Teh meat was smooth and I specially love the skin meat which was very soft and cute

Most of the time I cut away the skin meat, but this time I just finish all of it. Yeah…tasty!!!
Few things I want to say and praise about 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh in claypot.
First, the 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh soup was nor too plain or too oily and without strong/heavy herbs aroma.
Different people may have different demand taste on Bah Kut Teh soup, butf or me…the 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh soup was ngam on my taste.
Second, the side ingredient in 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh claypot like mushroom, vegetables, smooth and cute “zhu chang” (in Mandarin) 天鹅 Bah Kut Teh makes the claypot worth to try more
