TM Net Customer Service Call

Have you ever call the TM Net Customer Service Helpline? You will be wondering if the TM Net Customer Service is working 24×7 or not.
For 16 minute and 41 second, I have been waiting and listening for music and hear the repeat of the magic word “Sorry. All our customer service is currently busy. Please hold”.
I bet the time to wait for a customer service to pick up my call will be another new record for Guinness Book of Malaysia.
My Streamyx was connected – blink – connected – blink for the whole day and now I just have to use my iPhone to online via DiGi EDGE but I can’t submit my Income Tax!
Maybe is time to say goodbye to TM Net Streamyx

u never tried Air Asia’s?? theirs is even worse!

Haha…I never call Air Asia yet. That day I called TM, I waited for 35 minute. New record!!!

I waited for an hour on TM. AND on top off that I was transferred like this. Technical(my mistake, automatically pressed 1)->Products and services -> Billing -> Technical-> Products and services (waited another 10 minutes for someone to pickup. (And I think it was the same girl I started with)

I waited 1 hour to complain on Super Upgrade plan.
They charge me extra RM 10 sewa bulanan. Kanasai.
